US 97 & US 20 Refinement Plan
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), in collaboration with Deschutes County and the City of Bend, has initiated the US 97 & US 20 Refinement Plan to address land use and mobility issues around the north end of Bend. The intent of the Refinement Plan is to guide the timing and location of future improvement projects that support the adjacent properties and preserve the integrity and regional mobility function of the two highways.
