Welcome to Bend ePlans! The City of Bend offers electronic application submittal and plan review, see submittal instructions below. We are very excited to continue expanding our electronic submittal and review processes. As of 10/10/10 the Building Division will require all electronically designed submittal data to be submitted in an electronic media format. We are implementing this new requirement in order to allow for high efficiency for technical and administrative staff pertaining to the routing, storage and archiving of this data; longer retention of documents for historical data research; cost efficiencies for customers in eliminating the need to print multiple copies of plan documents; time savings for customers as they will spend less time in our office and more time in theirs. We look forward to partnering with our customers to bring our electronic submittal and review process into full swing. The Building Division has offered electronic review and submittal for over a year now and is always looking for ways to simplify the process for you, please help us make this the best system/process possible by providing your input to us. Provide Valuable Input We cannot better ourselves without your help! Please provide input, feedback, improvement ideas etc to the Permit Center so that we can continuously meet and hopefully exceed your expectations for service! You can provide your feedback via email: bendcdd@ci.bend.or.us or by completing a customer service survey card in our office.Follow these instructions to submit your application for electronic plan review: Step 1: Simply complete the electronic Building Application here Step 2: Email your completed Building Application (inclusive of electronic or scanned signature) to: eplansadmin@ci.bend.or.us Step 3: Wait for a Permit Technician reply.
