Welcome to Community Development

FRIENDLY, FAST, FAIR & FLEXIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Located in City Hall at 710 NW Wall Street,  downtown Bend

The Community Development Department can no longer accept credit cards for payment of building, planning, private development engineering and sign permits and other transactions.  Payment can be made by check, money order or cash at the department's new Permit Center in City Hall.

The new Permit Center consolidates all three counters into one service center to issue building safety, planning and engineering permits.  Development services are much better coordinated, and the customer can conduct all business in one location.

The Permit Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  For more information, call 541-388-5580.
