GENERAL INFORMATION
Bend Municipal Court provides a local forum for the resolution of minor traffic infractions, parking citations and city ordinance violations issued within the city limits of Bend.  The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City government.  Municipal Court Judge  Brian Hemphill, appointed by the City Council, oversees the Court's operations.  The majority of cases heard in Municipal Court are traffic infractions.  The Court does not handle civil or small claims cases.

Tobacco products, designated as any tobacco cigarette, cigar, pipe tobacco, smokeless tobacco, chewing tobacco, or any other form of tobacco which may be utilized for smoking, chewing, inhalation, or other means of ingestion are prohibited from city campuses. For more information, click here.  

HOW TO REACH THE COURT
Bend Municipal Court is adjacent to the Bend Police Department located at 555 NE 15th Street, Bend, Oregon 97701 and can be reached during office hours at 541-388-5572.

COURT CLERK'S OFFICE
The court clerk's office is open:                             
   • Monday, Wednesday and Friday    9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
   • Tuesday and Thursday                 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm 

The court clerk's office is closed weekends and major holidays.

COURT SCHEDULE
Arraignments are held Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 PM. 
Trials: held Tuesday and Thursday at 2:30PM
