PAY OR VIEW YOUR WATER/SEWER UTILITY ACCOUNTS ON-LINE What is this service? Your City Assigned PIN Number: Your City assigned PIN number is located on your billing statement. The number is on the left side, in the green area, below the bill message. You will see: "Click2Gov Internet PIN #". You may also obtain this PIN number by calling the City at (541) 388-5515. Your temporary PIN number will be a five (5) digit number. Sign On: After you sign on with this temporary PIN number, you will need to enter your new personalized PIN. Once you submit your changed PIN, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the City of How do I pay my bill on-line? Registration is easy! All you need, in order to register, is your current Utility bill, an Internet capable computer, access to your email account, and your PIN number. Your PIN number is located on your billing statement, on the left hand side, below the bill message, and displays as: "Click2Gov Internet PIN#" 1. Confirm your Payment Amount: The on-line system will always default to the amount due, on your account, in this box. If you wish to pay a different amount, change the amount in the "Amount Due" box and press the "Continue" button. 2. Review Charges: This will summarize your charges and the amount of the payment you wish to make. Press the "Pay Now" button. 3. Enter your Credit Card Information: Ensure your information is complete and correct before pressing the "Continue" button. 4. Verify your information: This is a summary of the transaction you are about to make. Once you verify that the information is correct, press the "Submit" button and your payment has been accepted. 5. Print your receipt: This is optional, but recommended. Press the "Print Icon" on your browser toolbar for a copy of your transaction. 6. Log out: You are done! What are the benefits of viewing my accounts on-line? This service provides you with online access to your account information at your convenience 24/7. You can have answers to your questions without waiting until City Hall opens and calling a customer service representative. The Click2gov service also provides you with the ability to compare service consumption over a three-year period to determine usage patterns. |
