INCIDENT REPORT REQUESTS

All incidents the Bend Fire Department responds to are documented with incident reports.

Property occupants or property owners:

No charge for any report
No written request needed for fire or investigation reports (for Medical see below)

For all others requesting incident reports:

Written request is required
Incident Report - There is a $10 charge for a fire report.
Fire Investigation Report - There is a $10 charge for a fire investigation and incident report and $5 charge for a CD of fire investigation photos.
