IPP serves approximately 160 non-domestic users. A non-domestic user can be defined in several ways, including any business that:

- discharges more than 250,000 gallons per day of wastewater to the sewer
|
- is subject to certain US Evironmental Protection Agency regulations
(examples include metal finishers or electroplaters) |

| Commercial Customers |

| IPP also serves thousands of private enterprises throughout the City of Bend. Our experts work with businesses such as breweries, photo processors, and car washes. They help businesses understand local sewer use regulations and wastewater pollution prevention options. |
