Our mission is to improve the operations and safety of all modes of transportation by establishing a well-integrated, multi-modal transportation system, using advanced technologies to maximize existing system capacity and infrastructure, and by actively planning to accommodate future growth.

This is accomplished through analysis of system operations data, crash data, input from the community and future growth modeling. Using this information we develop sustainable operating standards and improved construction specifications under the direction of City Council and the State of Oregon. We work together with the City's Police, Fire, Planning and Street Divisions to insure Bend's multi-modal transportation needs are met now and in the future.

We actively seek ways to improve operations and safety throughout the community. As our customers, and users of the transportation system, your input and feedback is vital to continuing overall system improvement.
